Extended Hours

Reynolds Rd 7 Day Medical Centre now offers even better access, particularly for workers who are unable to attend during normal hours, with our extended week night clinics. Book now for our weeknight clinics
between 6pm and 8pm.

Please note: Whilst we do see urgent problems during the weekend clinic, consultations are usually by appointment to minimise waiting times. In general our nursing staff are not rostered on weekends, so for immunisations, medicals and wound dressings, we recommend a weekday appointment.

Dr Neda Namdar moved to WA as a teenager. She finished her secondary education at Perth Modern School earning Susan Knowles Award for her academic achievement. After completing her medical degree at the University of Western Australia, her initial hospital years were spent working mainly at Royal Perth Hospital with a variety of clinical experiences. She fulfilled her interest in areas of paediatrics and Women’s health by completing a Diploma of Child Health and a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She acquired her General Practice Fellowship (FRACGP) following 18 months of rural GP training . She also gained valuable experience in emergency medicine while working at St John of God Hospital GP After Hours for over 8 years.

Dr Namdar has been practicing at Reynolds Road Medical Centre since 2004. She considers herself a well-rounded GP with skills in all aspects of the field including Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Antenatal Care, Mental Health, Chronic Disease and Preventative Medicine. She keeps up to date with the latest developments in Medicine by attending various clinical events. She also enjoys being involved with teaching medical students and is a regular examiner. In addition, she has an interest in skin cancer medicine managing skin lesions medically or surgically. And moreover she has a passion in Cosmetic Medicine and works part-time in that field.

She believes being a GP is an absolute privilege. The ability to be the primary care provider, patient’s confidant, a helping hand in the journey of life and being able to serve the community is what makes it all worthwhile. Being a mother herself has given her more insight into family medicine. When not working she loves spending time with her husband, her two boys and her pet dog.

Dr Afrina Khan obtained her MBBS degree in 1991 at Rajshahi University in Bangladesh.

She then Worked as a GP in Zambia from 1993  till   mid 1994   then  moved to South Africa  till  Oct 2002, when she moved to WA rural, where she obtained in her FRACGP in 2006 and finally moved to Perth in 2008. Dr Afrina Khan joined RRMC in July 2013.

Her special interest are:

  • Diabetes
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Pediatrics


Dr Priscilla Tan



Dr Priscilla Tan graduated from UWA and obtained her specialist qualification in general practice (FRACGP) in 2001 while working in SouthWest WA and in Applecross. She obtained the Trevor Parry prize for the Diploma of Child Health(WA).

She has many years of experience and has been working at Reynolds Road Medical centre since 2003. She remains passionate about all aspects of general practice including preventative care, women’s and children’s health, mental health and travel health.

She has previously worked in cosmetic medicine and enjoys treating skin conditions including skin cancer excisions. Having a love for travel, she is also very interested in her patients’ trips and keeping them healthy on their travels.

With 3 children of her own at various stages of childhood and adolescence, she brings her personal experience to paediatric and adolescent health care.


Dr Kim Toh



Kim grew up in Malaysia before moving to Australia to study medicine. She graduated with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University of Tasmania in 2007. She has since worked in different areas of medicine before focusing in General Practice.

Kim recently completed her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP) in Western Australia. She enjoys all aspects of general practice, particularly women’s health, family medicine and chronic disease management. Dr Kim considers it a privilege to be able to serve and provide ongoing care across generations in the community.

Dr Chuan Foo was raised in Perth and completed his tertiary education at UWA where he underwent his undergraduate studies in  Neuroscience and Pathology. His passion for the sciences and patient centred health care led him to pursue a career in medicine. Following further years of study at UWA, Dr Foo was awarded his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours.

Dr Foo gained hospital experience at Fiona Stanley and Rockingham Hospital before focusing on general practice. He was recently awarded fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

He enjoys medical education and strives for improving health literacy in the community to optimise health outcomes. He is passionate about all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in men’s health, mental health, diabetes and cardiovascular health.

Dr Mandana Arshi

Dr Mandana Arshi (Mandy) was born in Iran and after completing her Medical Degree worked for several years as a doctor in both remote rural areas and cities in the North of Iran.

She became interested in research and was successful in applying for a place in a PhD program at The University of Queensland, Australia. She was awarded her PhD in the field of childhood asthma and obesity in 2012.

Following her PhD, Dr Arshi worked in hospitals in Brisbane and surrounding cities for several years in the Surgical, Medical, Paediatrics, Mental Health and Emergency wards thereby obtaining her registration with the Australian Medical Board and Medicare Australia.

Dr Arshi has been practicing as a senior doctor in primary care for over 10 years. She is mother of two young children, is passionate about women’s health, mothers to be, as well as children and family care.

Dr Arshi has been known as a caring doctor throughout her career and also speaks fluent Farsi (Persian)


Dr Sandeep Poorun


Dr Sandeep is a UK trained specialist GP who graduated from the University of Birmingham. Sandeep holds Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and undertook additional fellowship in Acute and Urgent care focussing on care of the elderly with chronic health conditions. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

He enjoys practising medicine through all stages of life, kids to older adults, men and women, and has a keen interest to manage both physical and psychological health of his patients. Sandeep provides comprehensive care to all his patients in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.


Terry Worthington

BSc (Physiotherapy)


Senior physiotherapist with over 20 years experience in private physiotherapy practice. Has owned several physiotherapy clinics including Mt Pleasant Physiotherapy and now works alongside medical clinics.

Has a special interest in migraines/headaches and has completed The Watson Headache course. Also treats neck/back pain, sports and mechanical injuries, vertigo and growing pains. Trained in acupuncture (dry needling) and fitting orthotics.

Dr Manal Hussain

Dr Manal Hussain is a General Practitioner (GP) with an interest in skin cancer medicine. She graduated from the University of Western Australia (UWA) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, MBBS (Hons) in 2006 and obtained her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP) in 2012.

Dr Hussain holds a Professional and Advanced certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine, and is about to attain her Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine.

Dr Hussain is trained at performing a comprehensive skin check with up to date dermoscopy techniques including biopsies and excisions and the use of diathermy. She can also offer non- surgical treatment options (cryotherapy and topical treatments) for pre-malignant skin lesions.

Dr Hussain is fluent in English, Malay and Indonesia (Bahasa)

Dr Sam Aravinth completed his secondary education in Western Australia earning the Kim Beazley award for his academic achievements.
He then underwent basic Medical and Surgical training at the University of Western Australia in 2000. Following which he decided to specialise in Family Medicine with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners achieving the Edward Gawthorn Gold Medal in his graduating cohort.
He continued to practice as a General Practitioner for the next nine years at Willetton Medical Centre.
Dr Sam is a vintage car enthusiast and has a special love for classical dance and music.

Dr Bryan Low graduated from University of New South Wales in 2008. Subsequently, he has rotated through many different specialities while working in various hospitals in Singapore and then here in Western Australia. He obtained his fellowship of general practice while working in the wheatbelt for several  years. During his time in a small town in the wheatbelt, he has seen numerous untreated skin cancers and sun related skin conditions. He decided to train further in skin cancer during that time and developed a strong interest in skin cancer. He started a small skin cancer clinic for the local patients in the town and found many melanomas. Due to family commitments, he had to come back to Perth to work and found himself working in Rockingham. For a few years, he developed a good reputation as a skin cancer doctor and received many referrals from the local GPs. For the past 1 year, he has been working in a dedicated skin cancer clinic and now, he is keen to bring his expertise to Reynolds road Medical centre. Education is a passion of his and he continues to educate himself in the latest treatment and also teaches medical students at Curtin University.

Over the years, he has obtained Diploma in dermoscopy, advanced certificates in skin cancer medicine, surgery, aesthetic medicine and a basic certificate in dermatology. He is currently finishing his diploma for skin cancer medicine and dermatology. If he is not working, he spends time with his 3 crazy boys to try to take the load off his lovely wife.
